Naveen is a seasoned investment banking professional having worked in leadership positions with local and international banks such as MCB, Standard Chartered & HBL. For the past 5 years, she has been associated with the academia. As a banker, she has advised on and helped raise capital in several new-to-market transactions in power, fertilizer, steel, telecom and other infrastructure sectors. Her experience and continuing education have given her a keen and in-depth understanding of the energy infrastructure value chain. One of her renewable energy transactions was awarded the prestigious ‘Deal of the Year for Project Finance in Asia Pacific’, by the Banker, Financial Times, UK. She was also part of the management team for MCB’s London-listed and Rule 144A US offering of GDRs. Naveen completed her BBA (Hons.) and MBA from IBA. She is also a CFA Charter holder and a London Business School alumnus. Naveen has several certifications on the ESG framework and Sustainable Investments in the energy sector. Ms. Naila Masood brings over 22 years of experience in commercial and investment banks. She has served as the Director at Sindh Microfinance Bank and many prestigious positions in Banking Sector. Her career highlights include successfully managing a microfinance division with a Rs. 7.2 billion portfolio at NBP. Throughout her roles, Mrs. Masood has excelled in areas such as project appraisal, treasury operations, funds management, and business promotion. Notable achievements involve initiating collaborations with international organizations, negotiating foreign credit lines, and implementing recovery strategies. A comprehensive background spans diverse roles at Bankers Equity Limited, Rozgar Microfinance Bank, and First Women's Bank Limited. She possesses a strong track record in areas such as research studies, internal audit, and training programs. Mrs. Masood completed her graduation from Karachi University and has done her MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA).

Misbah has been associated with private equity, e-commerce and supply chain industry for the past decadeacross Pakistan, Middle East and Europe. Misbah is a seasoned professional who believes in investing in human capital and adapting innovative technology solutions to create value for shareholders as well as sustainable business growth. He has previously worked for YB Group (Lucky), Pakistan heading their supply chain & trade of the groups’ commodity trading arm and Dreamlines GmbH, in Germany. Most recently he has been associated with Elahi Group as General Manger, Investments managing the groups’ investments in multiple industries, i.e. technology, logistics, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce..He was also served as a Director in Universal Network Systems Limited (BlueEx).Mr. Khan holds an MBA from the MannheimBusiness School, Germany and has an under-graduatefrom IBA, Karachi.

Syed Nouman Akhtar brings with him over 26 years of experience in the financial sector of Pakistan. He has vast experience in such diverse fields as Credit & Marketing, Corporate & Investment Banking, Risk Management, Credit Controls, Operations, Credit Administration, Recovery & Legal matters. He has worked with various NBFC’s such as Security Leasing Corporation Limited, AlFalah GHP Funds, Standard Chartered Leasing (A wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank), Islamic Investment Bank, Dawood Investment Bank, UDL Modaraba, and Atlas Investment Bank Limited. Syed Nouman Akhtar also served as CEO of Security Leasing Corporation Limited a listed Non Banking Finance Company.
